Procurement and Supply Chain Operations

OVERALL

Q:

As a current supplier to AT&T, the former BellSouth or their previous joint ventures, Cingular Wireless and YELLOWPAGES.COM, what should I do to prepare for doing business with the combined company?

Our supplier management systems and processes will not change immediately following the merger close. However, the combined company will be looking for opportunities to consolidate requirements and standardize systems and processes. You will be notified in advance of any changes that will impact current suppliers to either former company. Please continue working under your existing contracts and with your pre-merger contacts until you receive further guidance from AT&T.

Please check our web site at www.attsuppliers.com for frequent updates and information.
