The Tuck-WBENC Executive Program was initiated in 2003 to offer an education program specifically for women-owned businesses. This program is being offered to assist those WBE businesses to assess, improve and grow their businesses. This program is targeted to WBE firms that are beyond the start up phase. It will assist WBEs in making strategic business decisions, optimize core business processes, ensure adequate cash flows and staffing, and manage business relationships. In addition, this program is modeled after the successful Tuck programs for minority–owned business enterprises. This is a 5-day, on campus executive management program. Applicants should be WBENC certified, WBE presidents or senior officers, with businesses over 3 years old, employ at least 3 full time people and have sales of at least $300K.
Testimonial:
"Angela, I cannot begin to express my gratitude for AT&T's sponsorship of me to last week's TUCK WBENC executive program. The other WBE's in attendance, the professors and the curriculum were amazing. As a matter of fact, I felt that the professors were extraordinary. I feel that I would have been a much better student in college had I had professors like them. I have returned to my office energized. As I think I may have mentioned when we briefly spoke, my company is 15 years old and was stagnating. It was time to re-engineer. This program came at the perfect time for me. I feel privileged to have been a part of it. I personally feel better able to be more strategic in the future development and growth of my company. I now have the tools and the energy to do just that thanks to you."
